L'Oréal Australia continues to be innovative, and seeking new ways to market their products. Over the course of two years, my team of dedicated designers and I developed several mechanisms that led to an enhanced shopping experience for their customer in terms of efficiency and ease.

In a move towards sustainable practices, L'Oréal has introduced an auto-replenishment service, allowing customers to schedule deliveries of their favourite products. The goal was to streamline communication, promote an alternative at checkout, and provide a user-friendly mechanism for customers to manage their subscriptions. A distinctive, universally-applicable icon was designed for Giorgio Armani, enhancing the user experience in true Armani style.
